Unfortunately, the board of directors of HTAC has made the difficult decision to postpone the conference for another year due to the ongoing repercussions of the pandemic.
The conference has been rescheduled for
May 26-28, 2023
at the same beautiful venue and location, at Kings University College in London Ontario.More details and new registration will be posted once available. Please check back for more details.

CANCELLATION & COVID-19 POLICY
In-person Conference availability is subject to change due to current COVID-19 concerns and any local pandemic restrictions that might be in force at the time of our Conference. If we are required to cancel the In-Person options, we will move to an Online only Conference structure and all those who have purchased for In-Person attendance will automatically be moved to the Online Registration with the difference refunded.
All Ontario COVID-19 Public Health measures and advice in place at the time of the Conference must be followed.
Only those fully vaccinated can attend the In-Person Conference due to the venue's current COVID-19 Policy.

Cancellation for any reason not related to COVID-19
60 days' notice is required for a full refund.
There will be a $50.00 processing fee for any cancellations with less than 60 days' notice provided to HTAC.
No refunds will be provided if cancellation is requested 14 days or less prior to the Conference.
In the unfortunate circumstance that HTAC needs to cancel the Conference for both online and in-person attendance HTAC will issue full refunds to all registered guests who have registered and paid in full at the time of cancellation.
HTAC is not responsible for any travel and accommodation expenses or any fees which you may incur should cancellation be required. We strongly recommend to anyone who attends our Conference in-person to purchase Travel Cancellation Insurance. Please check with your travel service provider(s) and place of accommodation to verify their cancellation policy.
